File Preparation Print Production Specifications must be supplied as follows: Screen and printer fonts should be included for Macintosh versions. (or) Type may be converted to outlines (Illustrator and Freehand allow this) This is important for foreign language fonts (ie. Japanese, Greek, etc.) PDF or hard copy proofs should be sent via fax or courier to ensure correct file imaging Supply pertinent information; sizes, bleeds, Pantone® ink specifications, cropping…etc. Applications Preferred - Macintosh versions (PC file formats acceptable if the fonts are supplied, outlined or converted to artwork lines.)
